Jimmy Owens, Board Member and Treasurer, brings discipline, integrity, and deep community commitment to Men’s WAR. As a distinguished Air Force veteran, Jimmy’s service instilled values of accountability and dedication—qualities he now applies to financial stewardship. He is also an active member of Invisible Vision, a nonprofit supporting the community through educational scholarships and outreach.
Following his military service, Jimmy built a 35 year career with US Foodservice, developing strong skills in operations, reliability, and organizational support. Since retiring, he has continued to demonstrate leadership through consistent community engagement and service.
As Treasurer of Men’s WAR, Jimmy combines professional expertise and personal integrity to ensure transparent, responsible financial management that strengthens the organization’s mission and long term sustainability.
Outside of his professional and community work, Jimmy enjoys music across genres, travel—earning the nickname “human road map”—classic western films, and playing cards.
